Shipping policy

Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order. Standard shipping is USPS and takes 2-3 business days to arrive based on location. All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number when your order has shipped. I am only able to ship to the address you provided during checkout. Please be sure your shipping address is correct and verified during checkout. I cannot provide refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly in this instance.

Orders in the U.S. over $150 will ship free. If you need your canvas by a certain date, please send me an email at nightowlsneedlepoint@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate you, but there are no guarantees. 

Sales Tax: We currently charge sales tax on orders that are shipping to Maryland, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, and New York. These states and taxes are subject to change. 

International Canvases: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
