Refund policy

Due to the nature of needlepoint canvases, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges of any kind. We cannot retroactively apply discount codes. 

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing by emailing me at nightowlsneedlepoint@gmail.com.

However, if your order arrives damaged please email me and I will be more than happy to make the necessary exchanges!

Sales Tax: We currently charge sales tax on orders that are shipping to Maryland, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, and New York. These states and taxes are subject to change.

I also ask that if you are thinking of filing a charge-back or dispute, please contact me first. I want you to be happy with you order and I will work with you to find a resolution.
